Our Coffee

Just like how CTF fights for the strongest of NF warriors. We here at Lasting Impressions Coffee select from the best coffee roasters. They are all Specialty Coffee Association graded providing you the highest quality and the freshest coffee. Your coffee will be roasted upon order and will typically be shipped out within 2 business days. 

The Specialty Association grades green beans (the bean before it has been roasted) and evaluates the cupping process. This is to help ensure ethical sourcing, sustainable farming practices, and fairer compensation tied to quality. The process involves inspecting the coffee beans for bean size & uniformity, moisture content, color, and visible defects (insect damage, broken beans, mold, etc.). The coffee is then lightly roasted under strict conditions then cupped to check the following fragrance/aroma, flavor, aftertaste, acidity, body, balance, uniformity, clean cup (no-off flavors), and sweetness.

Each of our coffees are put through this process to ensure fair compensation for the farmers and the highest-quality coffees for you. We also have our coffees 3rd party tested to ensure they are free of mycotoxins, heavy metals, and mold/yeast.
