Our light roast (NF 1) is a bright blend offering a blackberry like acidity, caramel sweetness, with hints of plum and black tea, creating a complex flavor profile and well-rounded cup.

This roast features Ethiopian, Guatemalan, and Brazilian beans with an average (SCA) quality rating of 85.
